A little history…

True Image Kleur Studio was formally launched in 2005. Prior to its launching, TIKS was offering graphic and video editing services for companies in the region including studio outfits based in San Fernando, La Union and nearby provinces.

Sherwin started photography back in his teenage years specifically in greater Manila area. Studied photography in UP Diliman for 6 months in 1988 with his peers during his college years. Made photography as a hobby first then eventually earned from it to support his tuition fees, with exposure to commercial, events, portrait photography and videography. Eventually, he had to come back to San Fernando, La Union to take care of family affairs in 1994 and started at the same time to venture again into photography after a long hibernation to pursue other career opportunities. In 2004, digital photography and videography was then coming into the mainstream… which prompted him to switch to full digital imaging after having shot with Film SLR for almost 14 years.

The Concept…

TIKS is not a commercial driven studio outfit. We believe in personal touch and approach to our clients. We are a group of people headed by Sherwin when the call for specialization is needed. He has since taught and trained most of the crews behind it, personally shooting alongside with the crew and takes care personally all layouts and video editing himself.
